Mat Phong 0 Fix

Now includes australium weapon and botkiller fixes. Alongside the aesthetic changes the prefix. Does anyone know the reason why this happens or can help. So i have a australium rocket launcher and i use mat phong 0.

Mat phong is a convar all you need to do is put mat phong 0 in your fps config you can put it directly in the console for comparison though it takes a while to remove all phongs from the map.
